All First Fish's Turbot is wild caught off the coast of Baffin Island Nunavut, from the pristine waters of the Canadian Arctic.
Due to the inaccessibility of the island, the waters surrounding Baffin Island are some of the cleanest waters in the world. All their fish is caught using local, traditional, sustainable methods with fishermen travelling hundreds of kilometers each trip.
The low population and human impact on the island leaves the fish with an extremely low level of contaminants. The pure quality of this fish is evident in its taste.
