A mild and fragrant curry of Ontario squash (Top Tomato) and tofu. Salty and slightly sweet.
Cooking instructions: Heat the curry in a pot over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until everything is warmed through. Garnish with cilantro or Thai basil and serve with jasmine rice or quinoa (please note: rice is not included).
