Sauce - tomato, garlic, anchovy, capers, Gaeta olives, lemon, white wine
Pasta - semolina flour, water
Pangrattato - panko, anchovy, olive oil, salt
Cooking instructions:15 minutes prep time, serves 2. Cook and serve. In a medium-sized pot, bring 2 litres of water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Add your Ascari pasta and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
Add your puttanesca sauce and 1 tablespoon of pasta water to a frying pan. Slowly bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes (reducing slightly). Strain pasta and add puttanesca sauce. Toss pasta well making sure all noodles are perfectly covered in sauce. Serve and generously garnish with anchovy pangrattato!
