Debbie, an avid horticulturalist, had long dreamed of owning and operating a family farm. It was coincidental that, as she and Shane were looking for a farm, Wes and Brenda Sovereign were preparing to sell their beloved family farm.
Debbie and Shane were greatly assisted by Brenda and Wes during the transition, and 2017 was their first season. Once they get more experienced at farming, Debbie has lots of plans for the land and is eager to experiment with unique varieties of vegetables to grow.
