Blyth's Farm is a family farm business located near Lake Huron with master cheese maker Paul Van Dorp at the helm of the operation. Originally from Holland, Paul furthered his cheese making skills by studying at Guelph University before starting Blyth's.
Paul, and Sarah Reid, craft excellent cheeses made with fresh goats milk from Paul’s family farm. They produce traditional Dutch gouda style cheese, made with goat’s instead of cow’s milk – which adds an excellent richness and depth of flavour to their wide range of gouda’s!
