Tamales are made from a freshly-ground corn dough with a variety of fillings, wrapped in a corn husk or leaf and steamed until cooked through.
Tapioca Gourmet's tamales are hand-made and stuffed with organic ingredients from local Ontario farmers! These vegan tamales are filled with eggplant, mushrooms, pepper, spinach, and tomato.
Keep frozen until baking.
Reheating Instructions: Steam from frozen with the corn husk on for 20 min or until warm all the way through. Remove the corn husk to eat.
