My Old Fashioned Style Apple Crumble is made with Summer Spy and Lodi apples from Warner's Farm, Stirling Creamery unsalted butter, crab apple juice from Apple Flats, Goldfinch Flour from K2 Milling, Oats, Cinnamon, brown sugar, and a touch of molasses.
It’s pretty simple, and just as easy to enjoy!
Bake from frozen in a pre-heated 350°F oven for 55-70 minutes. The crumble will tell you it’s done when the juice around the edges of the crumble are thick and bubbly. Let rest five minutes before serving (careful-it’s hot!).
Serves 6 (and makes amazing leftovers!)
