Traditional Preparation: Steep one tea bag 8-12 oz water 195 degrees or cooler for 3-5 minutes. Tea can be re-infused after the first steep.
Fields of Green Iced Tea Recipe: Steep two tea bags in 6oz freshly boiled water for 5 minutes. Sweeten while warm, if desired. At this point you can chill the tea in the freezer for 10 minutes (remove tea bags first) or pour into a glass over ice slowly. (The ice will partially dissolve) Add a spoonful of your favourite fruit jam while the tea is warm to create your very own naturally flavoured green iced tea.
